Well, the holidays are here at last. I always seem to outdo myself each year at the size of the mess I make while preparing the turkey. I just finished brining the turkey and this year was no exception. Cold + Wet + Heavy + Slippery = Big Mess. At least this year I managed to contain the wrestling match to the kitchen sink.
